I have 104 college credits. I've taken all my general education courses, so I have a solid background for all the basic studies. I was a tutor for a 12 year old middle school boy with poor study habits and low self-esteem. After 6 months of working with me, he began to smile, his grades increased and he began to seek activities with class-mates which was much better than isolating himself in his room after school each day. I have a great sense of humor and I am very, very positive and patient. I help kids believe that life is about possibilities.I went back to school later on in life, so I know that nothing is impossible. I have a 3.84 GPA and have always maintained the Deans List status. I was inducted into Who's Who Among Students at OCC for academic excellence and contributions made towards leadership. I believe that by doing for others, you learn about yourself, and have a better understanding of the world.

I am a published playwright. I am also the Vice-President for the International Centre for Women Playwrights, and Director of Developement and Outreach. I love the theatre and all aspects of writing.I accept people for who they are and do all I can to encourage them realize that there is only one "you" and no one can do what you can do better... "you" are here to bring gifts to this world, and as adults, we need to help kids to realize this.
